Position Overview: The Director of Clinical Client Success acts as a pharmacy subject-matter expert and strategic clinical leader within the Client Success team. This role provides advanced clinical insights, formulary expertise, and strategic guidance to enhance client portfolios and drive improved outcomes. As an individual contributor, the Director will also play a key role in building and mentoring a future Clinical Client Success team as the function expands. This position collaborates closely with Client Success Partners, who are responsible for client relationships, ensuring that robust clinical knowledge is integrated into all interactions. Additionally, the Director serves as the primary link between Formulary Strategy, Clinical Operations, and Client Success to align clinical strategies, policies, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Provide senior clinical expertise, offering advanced insights, data analysis, and strategic recommendations to enhance Client Success Partner (CSP)-led client engagements and planning. Participate in client meetings alongside CSPs, acting as a clinical authority, sharing subject-matter expertise, and providing program updates while supporting rather than owning the client relationship. Develop pre-meeting clinical briefs, talking points, and data-driven insights to ensure CSPs are thoroughly prepared for client discussions. Translate complex clinical findings into clear, actionable strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Contribute to finalist presentations by crafting clinical narratives, validating data, and positioning clinical strategies at the executive level to strengthen the overall win strategy.
