- Operating all necessary equipment efficiently.
- Stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work locations.
- Preparing our delicious products to perfection.
- Receiving and processing telephone orders with professionalism.
- Managing inventory and completing the necessary paperwork.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
Training: We provide comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training to ensure you succeed.
Essential Communication Skills: You must be able to understand and provide clear written instructions and effectively communicate with customers and team members, both over the phone and in person.
Key Functions and Skills: You should possess:
- Strong mathematical skills to perform quick calculations and make accurate monetary change.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills to take and process orders.
- Ability to operate a computer or touch screen to enter orders accurately.
- Excellent navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Physical ability to navigate varying terrains, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Work Conditions: Be prepared for:
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during deliveries.
- In-store temperatures that range from cool to warm.
- Potential exposure to food odors and dust.
- Working in tight spaces, including walk-in coolers.
- Handling hot tools and sharp equipment.
