You will spearhead cross-functional teams, refine delivery workflows, and promote continuous enhancement initiatives that positively influence client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Input operations, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Implement efficiency initiatives across the delivery lifecycle by utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with global stakeholders including Transformation, Product, Technology, and Client Service teams to ensure processes align with business objectives.
Identify and resolve systemic delivery challenges by leveraging data for root cause analysis and preventive strategies.
Mentor and nurture a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and lifelong learning.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics to ensure performance benchmarks are met or surpassed.
Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to craft and execute automation and process transformation strategies.
