Your Role.
As the inaugural Delivery PMO Lead, you will be essential in supporting our Project Managers, ensuring the efficient management of our public sector portfolio. This role is centered around providing actionable administrative and project support, enabling our Project Managers to operate at peak efficiency. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives in a dynamic project delivery environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Act as the main liaison for Project Managers, delivering daily administrative assistance to facilitate project financial tracking, report generation, and documentation management.
- Reporting & Administration: Manage the creation and distribution of standardized project reports, oversee communications at the portfolio level, and ensure compliance with governmental attestations to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Risk Coordination: Support Project Managers in maintaining centralized risk and issue logs, tracking action items, and ensuring all risk management records are current.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against established baselines, milestones, and KPIs, focusing on the administrative aspects of time, budget, and scope to provide precise performance insights to management.
- Methodology Implementation: Aid in the consistent application of our project management methodologies by updating templates, standards, and best practices for secure projects.
- Team Support: Serve as a valuable resource for project teams, sharing knowledge of Quantexa’s project management framework and providing hands-on support to improve project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing improvements that benefit project delivery.
