We are seeking a meticulous and driven Demand Generation Manager to play a pivotal role in executing and supporting our integrated marketing campaigns. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to fruition across a variety of channels. Your responsibilities will include coordinating launches, managing campaign assets, tracking performance, and optimizing results.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of global multi-channel campaigns quarterly across AMS & EMEA.
- Facilitate campaign launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, creative, web, and marketing operations.
- Initiate integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and yield measurable pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue impact.
- Develop and scale global demand generation initiatives, including webinars and virtual events.
- Manage paid media campaigns across various vendors and platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics such as engagement, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and support testing and optimization efforts across marketing programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a strong execution focus and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
