About Our Team
The EMEA Demand Generation team is a dynamic group of marketing and channel specialists dedicated to crafting and implementing strategies that engage prospects and cultivate demand for our key solutions throughout the region. We collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Sales Development, and Sales to execute comprehensive campaigns that drive performance and deliver meaningful business results.
We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented account-based marketer to spearhead our enterprise initiatives within EMEA's core markets. This leader will envision and execute strategies to secure partnerships with companies generating over $1B in revenue, collaborating with various stakeholders to bring this vision to life. You will play a pivotal role in advancing Stripe's marketing approach towards key accounts and refining our go-to-market strategy.
Your Role
In this essential position, you will significantly influence our go-to-market organization and enhance leadership visibility. By deepening our understanding of customer needs and assessing business health, you will shape and lead Stripe’s enterprise strategy across both traditional and digitally-native businesses. You will bring this strategy to fruition by driving marketing activations, developing innovative programs, and collaborating with sales to ensure seamless alignment across all stages of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy tailored for enterprise clients across EMEA, leveraging insights from global marketers and regional experts.
- Engage with global and regional media specialists to attract and re-engage customers through an effective mix of paid media tactics.
- Coordinate regional campaigns with Product Marketing Managers and global campaign leads, nurturing leads through digital content, paid placements, events, and targeted nurture programs.
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) programs aimed at engaging and converting high-value accounts.
- Build a cross-functional coalition involving Field Marketing, Regional Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Operations to collaboratively navigate the market and expand the pipeline.
- Own and drive key business and revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
