About the Position
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs) throughout the marketing funnel. You will design and implement the 1:few program, encompassing email nurturing, webinars, and paid media to enhance brand visibility and create pipeline within high-value accounts. Collaborating closely with the Demand Generation Lead, you will also contribute to selected 1:many campaigns.
Your role will intersect marketing strategy, technology, and analytics as you utilize our demand generation tech stack (HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce), construct audience segments, and continuously optimize for higher conversion rates at every stage. You will manage campaign performance reporting while being accountable for pipeline contributions and SQO targets. This position is part of the Growth Marketing team, requiring cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Content, and Product Marketing.
