We are searching for a dedicated Demand Planning Manager to lead Distributor Markets in Northern Europe from our Uxbridge, UK office. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this pivotal role focuses on crafting effective demand and distributor replenishment plans to achieve our sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the accurate demand planning process at the SKU level, providing a 24-month rolling forecast aligned with service agreements.
- Ensure optimal SKU mix and volume planning to support sound financial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to streamline processes, ensuring product availability and minimizing sales losses.
- Act as a trusted business partner, identifying supply chain performance gaps and driving corrective actions.
- Lead the Demand Review process, challenging assumptions and ensuring resource alignment with distributor stock positions.
- Work alongside Supply Planning to evaluate constraints and develop contingency plans.
- Support sales forecast development by analyzing historical data, market trends, and promotional strategies.
Success is measured by improvements in forecast accuracy, sales performance, and service levels.
