- Develop and implement weekly replenishment strategies at the supplier level, utilizing inventory metrics, actual sales data, and forecasted demand.
- Engage actively in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecast discussions.
- Formulate effective supply plans based on the generated demand forecasts.
- Generate and maintain monthly and weekly supply planning documents and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports reflective of actual performance.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels in Distribution Centers (DC) and stores, aligning with target days of inventory cover.
- Collaborate closely with demand planning specialists to refine plans as necessary.
- Monitor supplier-related issues, escalating them as needed to ensure product availability.
- Identify slow-moving Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and communicate with stakeholders to drive necessary actions.
- Spot SKUs with no movement over the past 28 days and take appropriate action.
- Work in partnership with the inventory controller to identify stocks for redistribution across warehouses.
- Take ownership of your category group by staying informed about issues related to overall S&OP, especially concerning orders and availability.
- Work cross-functionally to assist with projects, drive action, or resolve challenges.
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role as required.
