The Role
As a Demand Programs Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing multi-channel strategies designed to generate and capture demand effectively.
You will lead ongoing campaigns and impactful digital projects, ensuring that our programs are efficient and substantially contribute to revenue growth across diverse channels.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Strategically plan, organize, and execute comprehensive demand generation initiatives that effectively convert awareness into qualified demand.
Asset Production & Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and promote valuable program assets such as webinars, gated content, content syndication, and lead generation tools, aimed at attracting high-quality leads.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing data specific to the programs, provide weekly performance reports, and identify new opportunities for enhancing program outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Pipeline Growth: Drive sales efficiency and contribute to company revenue by enhancing the quality and volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and improving conversion rates into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Collaboration
Primary Marketing Teams:
Demand Generation: Strategize to meet business objectives, monitor performance, and optimize processes.
Revenue Marketing: Integrate strategic campaigns effectively.
Web Team: Focus on web performance and optimization efforts.
Product Marketing Management & Brand Team: Work on messaging, positioning, content requirements, and compliance.
Cross-Functional Teams:
BDR/Sales Team: Collaborate to generate and scale high-quality MQLs.
