This pivotal role involves supporting the seamless operation of our kitchen, engaging in food preparation, cooking, and artistic meal presentation, all while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse array of dishes that meet our menu standards and exceed guest expectations.
Assist in the creation and presentation of high-quality meals.
Uphold cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to facilitate smooth and efficient service.
Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed.
Contribute to menu planning, recipe innovation, and improvements in kitchen efficiency.
Shift Information (subject to change):
Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday
Shifts may encompass breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
