Join our Business Process Solutions team as we expand! We are looking for a dynamic leader to head the 'Business Processes & Systems' department within Business Process Solutions, overseeing a dedicated team and collaborating with a network of experts, key users, and test users across various functions and departments.
- Establish and lead the strategic direction of the department in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze, optimize, and design business processes related to supported systems to enhance efficiency with a focus on standardization.
- Take responsibility for optimizing master data processes and quality, ensuring their integration into business operations.
- Manage and steer cross-functional projects within Sika Germany.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and other service platforms to support business processes and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to corporate-wide or regional ERP (SAP) and Non-ERP projects.
- Coordinate system requirements and projects in collaboration with local functions and central units.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the department, other divisions, and IT.
- Create specifications, process descriptions, and user documentation.
- Provide support to system users for effective system utilization.
- Implement and conduct testing phases, ensuring timely roll-outs of new processes and system changes.
- Assume governance roles for core processes, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
