- Assist in recruitment efforts, ensuring effective onboarding and training for new team members.
- Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that facilitate team progression.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for each customer.
