By understanding your store's strengths and identifying opportunities, you will analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance and profitability.

- Customer Sales & Profit
- Oversee the complete OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with global standards.
- Exemplify the H&M brand in all customer interactions.
- Identify and leverage your department's strengths and market opportunities.
- Set and analyze sales and budget targets, developing strategies for improvement.
- Guarantee high standards of customer service across the store, empowering your team to actively promote products.
- Encourage the promotion of our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage your department efficiently, focusing on cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy in fitting room and checkout procedures, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Administer all operational and personnel administrative routines correctly.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
- Ensure your team possesses comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer engagement.
- Team & Development
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while nurturing your team’s development.
- Conduct performance evaluations to align with business objectives.
- Share your expertise and knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate closely with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team.
- Engage in constructive feedback exchanges to foster growth.
- Oversee team scheduling and planning.
- Communicate regularly with store staff to motivate and inspire through meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all store procedures and legal requirements.
