This position is essential to our restaurant operations. As a Department Manager, you will:
- Take Initiative: Oversee critical functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Drive Results: Delegate tasks effectively and report on progress.
- Enhance the Experience: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards in:
- Kitchen: Ensure food quality, safety, cost management, and new menu item integration.
- People: Recruit, train, and schedule staff to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Service: Create memorable guest experiences by organizing service areas and ensuring staff readiness.
- Foster Teamwork: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations.
