As a Department Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire your team. - Proactively planning your team’s activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Recruiting new talents, guiding them through onboarding, and fostering an open culture that supports growth and innovation.
- Being yourself and positively representing the H&M Group.
