With a presence 80% of the time on the sales floor, you will:
- Lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring operational and visual standards while actively promoting and selling our products.
- Manage your department, analyze sales performance, identify business opportunities, set goals, and create action plans to optimize results, profitability, and inventory levels.
- Oversee team scheduling and ensure smooth opening and closing routines for the store.
- Recruit, onboard, and train your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that encourages development and innovation.
- Stay updated with fashion trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Positively represent the brand in all customer interactions.

Together with your team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles.
