YOUR ROLE
As the Department Manager, you will champion and inspire your entire team. As a leader, you will cultivate an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. Spending 80% of your time on the floor, you will:
- Lead your team towards delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational and visual standards, actively promoting and selling our products.
- Oversee your department’s management, analyzing sales performance, identifying business opportunities, setting objectives, and creating action plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.
- Manage team scheduling and ensure the store’s opening and closing routines are followed.
- Recruit, onboard, and train your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that encourages development and innovation.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Positively represent the brand in all customer interactions.
