YOUR ROLE
As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team while fostering an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You will ensure an exceptional operational and visual experience for both customers and colleagues in the store.
You will:
- Ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to deliver a fantastic shopping experience using service tools.
- Analyze sales and budget targets, developing optimization measures.
- Efficiently plan tasks and staff deployment, ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes—from sales floors to stock areas and cash register routines to daily store opening and closing.
- Strategically develop your team through targeted recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, performance evaluations, and individual growth opportunities.
