- Lead the comprehensive Trade Planning strategy for the Online channel (Makro PRO) by developing and owning end-to-end trade plans that align with corporate objectives, platform traffic, sales targets, and profitability (gross margin).
- Plan and execute integrated online campaigns and trade mechanics by designing, managing, and optimizing online trade across key campaign moments to enhance conversion rates, frequency of purchases, and overall basket size.
- Take charge of category trade planning for Dry Grocery – Non-Food (Omni-Channel) by formulating category-level trade plans that include assortment focus, promotional depth, key SKUs, and pricing strategies to drive omni-channel growth.
- Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure effective online and omni-channel execution by working closely with Commercial, Marketing, and BI teams to translate trade plans into actionable online strategies, visibility placements, and customer-facing communication.
- Regularly monitor performance and optimize trade effectiveness by tracking campaign and category performance, analyzing sales data, traffic, margins, and customer behavior, and proactively adjusting trade plans to maximize results.
- Drive insights and foster continuous improvement through data analysis by conducting post-campaign evaluations and category performance analyses in collaboration with BI teams, utilizing data tools to generate actionable insights for future trade planning and informed decision-making.
