Position Objective
The Deputy Head of Sales is a key player in accelerating the sales engine: ensuring that the team not only operates but continuously evolves and achieves better results.
This role is the intersection of operational excellence, data-driven thinking, and continuous improvement.
This position serves as a real link between management and the sales team: a strategic thinker, analytical problem solver, and business development-oriented leader.

Main Responsibilities
Data-Driven Operations
You will help ensure that sales operate based on data rather than instinct.
- Preparing daily and weekly KPI reports and dashboards
