WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL ENTAIL
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to enhance store operations, ensuring it is customer-ready, and achieving significant sales outcomes
- Your primary responsibility will be to oversee weekly promotional campaigns, foster a sales-oriented mindset, and create a vibrant, positive atmosphere for your team
- In alignment with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by effectively communicating, leading, and coaching your team on the sales floor
- You will train colleagues to prioritize customer needs and apply effective upselling techniques
- Willingness to engage in physical tasks, setting an example by actively selling and managing daily operations
