- You should have a proven track record of managing profit and loss reports and identifying opportunities to boost sales.

The Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team while spending the majority of your time on the shop floor, ensuring every customer feels valued upon entry.
- Identify opportunities to stay competitive and respond to factors that may impact store performance.
- Coach your team from the front, driving towards both team and individual performance objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including team development, sales management, waste control, and cost management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and identify their training and development needs.
- Recruit, train, and guide the store team to consistently deliver product availability along with responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
