About the Role
As a Designer I at TEECOM, you will embark on a rewarding journey in an entry-level position aimed at establishing foundational skills in design and modeling. Your primary focus will be on hands-on Revit modeling, effective coordination, and meticulous documentation as you learn TEECOM’s robust workflows, tools, and standards vital for the coordinated delivery of construction documents across various disciplines.
In this role, you will be partnered with an experienced engineering mentor, contributing meaningfully to project delivery while collaborating with production staff. This collaboration will enhance your understanding of discipline knowledge, coordination practices, and ensure consistency in project delivery.
With clear guidance, you will prepare Revit models, update drawings, assist with reports and calculations, take meeting notes, and actively support coordination efforts that keep projects on track.
Your professional development will be supported through structured training journeys, shadowing senior consultants, and gaining practical exposure to diverse technology disciplines including Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, and Wi-Fi, thereby deepening your discipline knowledge.
This position emphasizes technical growth, a strong learning orientation, and disciplined production and documentation practices.
