Currently, we are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team onsite in Norderstedt, providing exceptional support to end-users in a professional and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first and second-level IT support (hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals).
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for end-user IT inquiries.
- Manage incidents and service requests using a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Provide prompt and professional user support (desk-side and remote).
- Thoroughly document all activities and solutions within the ticketing system.
- Assist with the IT onboarding of new employees (device setup and brief orientation).
- Maintain and enhance the Knowledge Base documentation.
- Support initiatives for continuous improvement of IT services.
