As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Officer to provide exceptional onsite technical support to our clients in Brisbane. This is a contract role lasting 3-6 months, with the potential for extension.
Your responsibilities will include delivering friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, ensuring their technology runs smoothly. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of technologies, including both Mac and PC systems, tablets, server systems, network infrastructure, and voice platforms, with the majority of server and network management handled by our specialized teams.
