About the job
Join Hadrian in Shaping the Future of Manufacturing!
At Hadrian, we are revolutionizing the aerospace and defense industries through our cutting-edge autonomous factories. By leveraging advanced software, robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, we empower companies to produce rockets, satellites, jets, and ships at unprecedented speeds—up to 10x faster and at half the cost. We are on a mission to redefine how America manufactures its most vital components.
With a recent $260 million Series C funding round, we are excited to expand our footprint with a new 270,000 square foot factory in Mesa, Arizona, creating 350 immediate job opportunities. As we establish our new headquarters and launch Hadrian Maritime for naval production, we are also introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers integrated systems rather than mere parts.
Collaborating with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and major defense contractors in the realms of space, shipbuilding, and aviation, Hadrian is dedicated to scaling production, reducing costs, and accelerating the delivery of mission-critical projects. Supported by prominent investors such as Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our rapidly growing team shares a collective vision to reindustrialize American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.
