ResponsibilitiesActively participate in the San Francisco developer community through meetups, hackathons, demo days, conferences, and other informal gatherings.Establish and nurture relationships with developers, startup founders, platform engineers, DevOps professionals, and security-focused builders.Serve as Aikido’s representative at industry events, conferences, and developer meetups.Organize and facilitate Aikido-hosted meetups, networking events, workshops, and developer sessions.Engage with the online developer community through platforms such as X, Slack, Discord, and various developer forums.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches, promote events, and convert community feedback into effective messaging.Enhance Aikido’s reputation as a pioneer in developer-first security solutions.RequirementsProven experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, community engagement, or developer marketing.Familiarity with developer tools, DevOps platforms, or security solutions is highly advantageous.Active participant in the developer community, regularly attending meetups, events, and social gatherings.A well-established network within the developer community or recognition as a familiar face in relevant circles.
