Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering is required.- 3 to 5 years of experience in the design of gearboxes or other mechanical components, demonstrating knowledge of product specifications, design processes, and tools.- Familiarity with design methodologies such as DRBFM and DFMEA is essential.- Proven experience in project participation is necessary.- Knowledge of gears, bearings, metal materials, and sealing technologies is preferred.- Strong motivation and a collaborative team spirit are crucial for success in this role.

Your role will include providing technical support to various departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality during simultaneous development processes and daily operations. You will also engage in technical collaborations with our lead plants in Germany and contribute to engineering process improvements within China.
