Your Role
As a Development Manager, you will identify and seize new opportunities in real estate and area development, particularly in residential construction. You will accomplish this through tenders, partner selections, sales procedures, or by leveraging your extensive network. Once you identify a location with potential, you proactively approach property owners to discuss acquisition opportunities and conduct negotiations regarding potential purchases.
Your extensive network will enable you to create new possibilities in our region. You will take the initiative to identify and explore potential development sites, forging valuable relationships with municipalities, investors, housing corporations, fellow developers, designers, and other partners who contribute to successful real estate propositions.
Combining creativity with business acumen, you will develop winning plans. As a connecting director, you will bring together municipalities, design teams, investors, and social partners, translating diverse interests into distinctive, feasible, and socially meaningful plans with clear economic value. You have a knack for winning tenders: you take the lead and work with your team to translate the request into a successful proposal.
