In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and refine digital advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. We are looking for an individual who is not only analytical and data-driven but also possesses a rich experience in executing high-performance ad campaigns that yield measurable returns on investment.
In this position, you will intertwine strategic insight with practical execution. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete lifecycle of campaign performance — from initial planning and audience segmentation to creative enhancements and performance reporting — ensuring that every advertising investment drives growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Craft and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies that align with overarching business objectives.
- Oversee and expand campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify audience segments, keywords, and targeting opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leaders to project budgets and performance expectations.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Design, test, and enhance ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize engagement.
- Consistently monitor campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to boost results.
- Employ automation tools and dynamic campaign features, such as Dynamic Search Ads and Performance Max.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work in tandem with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure unified campaign execution.
- Synchronize paid media strategies with broader marketing and branding initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with platform representatives and stay informed about new advertising functionalities.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and assess campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports that outline key performance indicators, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, creative strategies, and channel allocations.
