Pavago is on the lookout for a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to spearhead, implement, and enhance our digital ad campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. The perfect candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record in managing ad campaigns that yield significant ROI.
This position requires a balance of strategic insight and practical execution. You will oversee the entirety of campaign performance—from planning and audience targeting to creative refinement and analytics—making sure that every advertising investment fuels growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Design and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Manage and expand campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
- Conduct research to identify audience segments, keywords, and targeting opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to predict budgets and performance outcomes.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop, test, and enhance ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for optimal effectiveness.
- Continuously assess campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to boost results.
- Employ automation tools and dynamic campaign functionalities (such as Dynamic Search Ads and Performance Max).
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work alongside content, design, and analytics teams to create unified campaigns.
- Ensure that paid media efforts are in sync with broader marketing and brand strategies.
- Maintain relationships with platform representatives and remain informed on the latest advertising features.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, spotting trends and areas for enhancement.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports that highlight key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, creative strategies, and channel distribution.
