Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of digital sampling campaigns, from client brief to final reporting, collaborating with top-tier FMCG, beauty, and personal care brands.Take ownership of campaign results, closely monitoring performance and addressing any risks that arise.Assist in planning and executing media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other publishers, ensuring best practices are followed with input from senior staff.Compile and present post-campaign analysis reports, delivering valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.Coordinate with the fulfillment team to guarantee timely booking with third-party partners, prompt sample dispatch, and accurate processing of sample stock.Work alongside clients and designers to produce exceptional creatives, ensuring that all assets such as advertisements, landing pages, and campaign emails are correctly configured and align with the client's branding.Ideal Candidate Profile1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email, or CRM, with a strong understanding of paid media campaign setup and optimization (e.g., Meta, TikTok, paid search).Desirable experience includes managing vouchering or cashback campaigns and a keen interest in data analysis or market research.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, comfortable presenting insights and recommendations during client calls.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and processes.A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with senior team members will provide you with the guidance needed to enhance your skills and confidence in campaign delivery and optimization.
