Salary Range: Up to $2,800 NZD (approximately ₱97,000 – ₱98,000 PHP, subject to client discretion based on the candidate's experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Craft and oversee social media calendars for all brands utilizing Metricool. Design content aimed at enhancing brand awareness, storytelling campaigns, and seasonal promotions. Publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a focus on conversion-driven copy. Analyze engagement metrics to optimize content strategies for maximum ROI.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage email campaigns for multiple brands using HubSpot. Implement automation for onboarding, abandoned cart recovery, product launches, and re-engagement initiatives. Segment audiences based on brand, region (NZ/AU), behavior, and purchase history. Enhance open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per subscriber.
- Graphic Design & Creative Production: Create visual assets for social media, websites, emails, paid advertising, and print materials using Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite. Enhance photography and generate AI imagery to align with brand messaging. Produce short promotional videos and reusable templates for consistent branding.
- Apparel & Print Production Support: Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel and promotional items (DTF, heat press, embroidery, screen/UV printing). Create mock-ups for approvals and refine artwork for accuracy in sizing, color, and placement. Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality outputs and minimize errors.
- Website & E-commerce Management (WordPress/WooCommerce): Maintain and optimize e-commerce sites, product listings, landing pages, and blog content. Enhance user experience, navigation, and conversion rates through A/B testing. Monitor seasonal campaigns and performance across various markets.
- AI Utilization & Content Development: Leverage AI tools for content creation and strategy development.
