Your Role:
As our Digital Lead, you will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor. Your responsibilities will range from ideation to execution, managing projects effectively while collaborating closely with our talented team. During your initial six months, you will engage directly with code, update websites, and coordinate with our hosting providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital briefs, leveraging insights to guide the digital development process.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Teams (CST) to identify and fulfill clients’ digital requirements across multi-channel marketing campaigns, devising innovative digital strategies that adhere to accessibility and web standards.
- Engage directly with clients during project scoping and development to ensure all digital outputs align with brand guidelines.
- Support pitch teams with relevant digital samples and stay informed on industry trends and tools.
- Understand hosting, domain management, and data protection to ensure data security and compliance with GDPR for all digital projects.
- Act as an internal expert in digital development, inspiring and educating staff about the latest digital applications and their business benefits.
