Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize the company's digital presence by integrating content strategy, social media management, SEO, and paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and measurable results.
- We are looking for a professional who transcends operational tasks, with a strategic vision, analytical skills, and passion for delivering tangible results through digital channels.
Main Activities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop the Social Media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create editorial calendars for each channel (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Define personas, tone of voice, and content pillars.
- Content: Provide direction for content creation (scripts and briefings).
- Review and optimize texts with a focus on SEO.
- Stay updated with content trends and best practices.
- Paid Media: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Understand audiences, targeting, formats, and campaign objectives.
- Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion, ROI) and suggest improvements.
- SEO: Implement on-page SEO concepts in digital content.
- Work on keywords, titles, meta descriptions, and text structures.
- Analyze website interface with Social Media channels.
- Analysis & Performance: Monitor KPIs for social media, content, and paid media.
- Propose/implement adjustments to enhance performance.
- Prepare reports and present results, insights, and recommendations.
