Role Overview:
pavago is on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist who will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and fine-tuning automated marketing campaigns. This pivotal role involves overseeing workflows, implementing lead scoring, enhancing segmentation efforts, and delivering insightful reporting across various marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure campaigns are not only efficient but also data-driven and aligned with sales goals, ultimately driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Workflows:
- Develop and enhance automated nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows.
- Establish lead scoring criteria to identify and prioritize high-value leads.
- Conduct thorough testing of workflow logic to guarantee flawless execution.
Email Marketing:
- Craft, test, and launch email campaigns utilizing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, copy, designs, and CTAs to elevate open and click-through rates.
- Ensure all email templates are responsive, accessible, and consistent with brand standards.
CRM & Sales Collaboration:
- Integrate automation platforms with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho) to facilitate effective lead routing.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely and qualified lead handoffs.
- Monitor attribution from campaign interactions through to revenue generation.
Data Management & Segmentation:
- Regularly clean and maintain lead databases, eliminating duplicates and outdated contacts.
- Segment email lists by persona, industry, geography, or behavior for targeted messaging.
- Adhere to compliance standards including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue impact).
- Create dashboards in HubSpot, Marketo, or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Present findings to marketing and sales leadership alongside actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of platform updates and marketing automation best practices.
- Proactively propose optimizations to enhance ROI and operational efficiency.

Essential Experience & Skills:
