Your Daily Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional B2B support to our valued advertisers. You'll manage product troubleshooting and deliver outstanding customer service related to our advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
From your first day, you will be instrumental in identifying initiatives that enhance our services and improve the user experience.
- Oversee and resolve product troubleshooting and customer support for our advertising products, managing inquiries via email and chat.
- Take ownership of query resolution by collaborating with our internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to address a variety of general, technical, or product-related questions.
- Boost overall Customer Satisfaction metrics by guaranteeing high-quality service throughout the case journey, providing regular updates at every interaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to service levels across all channels to achieve Best in Class productivity and significantly reduce resolution times for our clients.
- Work alongside in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues they may encounter.
