About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Website Marketing Executive to enhance our marketing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, focusing on maintaining and updating our digital platforms while leveraging a data-driven approach to enhance onsite performance.
Your responsibilities will also include developing product collateral and internal communications, collaborating with various teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate is not only analytical and organized but also proactive, with strong communication skills and a keen interest in staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily conversion rates and sales performance, implementing CRO and UX initiatives from ideation to execution, including reporting and analysis.
- Manage website updates and customer portals, including the creation of new pages, blogs, case studies, and product content, ensuring all material is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to design landing pages and support customer workflows that drive traffic and conversions.
- Utilize GA4, Clarity, and other UX tools to analyze user behavior and ensure a seamless, conversion-oriented experience.
- Maintain the website using Webflow, including updates to product pages, landing pages, forms, and structural modifications.
- Implement technical SEO enhancements, either directly or in partnership with external agencies.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and support other departments with internal communications.
- Produce video content as needed, such as product demonstrations.
- Conduct regular website quality checks, including monitoring for broken links, ensuring accessibility compliance, and maintaining content accuracy.
