We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach to spearhead the performance optimization of our eCommerce platform in a thriving D2C environment.
This role focuses on enhancing conversion rates, scaling organic traffic, and translating data into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and take responsibility for the direct impact on performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize eCommerce conversion rates (CRO): product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes.
Conduct and analyze A/B testing on key elements (CTAs, layouts, copy).
Monitor performance metrics and identify deviations (conversion rates, CAC, revenue).
Lead on-page SEO strategy and drive organic traffic growth.
Manage Google Analytics 4 to generate actionable insights.
Analyze campaign performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and suggest improvements.
Implement growth strategies (cross-selling, subscriptions, referrals).
Collaborate with content, data, and marketing teams to enhance results.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of digital marketing experience focused on D2C eCommerce.
Familiarity with platforms like Tienda Nube and/or Shopify.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analysis.
Strong knowledge of on-page and technical SEO.
Experience analyzing paid media campaigns (Meta / Google).
