Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist & Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of executing and managing digital marketing initiatives with accuracy and diligence. This hands-on role focuses on operating essential digital platforms, delivering SEO packages, managing account specifics, and ensuring monthly production targets are met. We are looking for an individual who excels in utilizing digital tools, follows established processes meticulously, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work while collaborating with senior strategists on advanced projects.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operation
Manage the Search Atlas platform to execute defined SEO packages.
Conduct monthly optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical audits for assigned clients.
Account Management
Keep well-organized records of client preferences, individual requirements, and historical information.
Act as the central knowledge point for assigned accounts, ensuring precision and consistency in all communications.
Execution & Workflow Management
Oversee a personal production calendar using ClickUp.
Deliver monthly outputs, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting, punctually.
Performance Reporting
Utilize Google Analytics and Search Console to gather data and identify performance trends.
Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
HubSpot Support
Provide assistance with lifecycle management within HubSpot to optimize client interactions.
