Your Daily Responsibilities:
You will offer B2B support to our esteemed advertisers, managing product troubleshooting and delivering outstanding customer service related to our advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively identify initiatives to enhance our services and improve the overall user experience from day one.
- Manage and resolve product troubleshooting and customer inquiries related to our advertising products via email and chat.
- Collaborate with our internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to address a variety of general, technical, and product-related queries.
- Boost Customer Satisfaction metrics by maintaining high service quality throughout the customer journey, providing timely updates at every stage.
- Ensure compliance with service levels across all communication channels to achieve best-in-class productivity and minimize resolution times.
- Work alongside in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common challenges.
