Your Role
As our Digital Media Manager, you will be accountable for defining and executing the organization's digital media strategy across multiple markets, focusing on both top- and mid-funnel efforts. You will spearhead the awareness and consideration ecosystems, managing cross-platform media initiatives, audience strategies, and campaign structures to enhance brand visibility and drive performance. With a strong focus on measurable outcomes, you will ensure that all activities are data-driven and optimized for significant business impact, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to amplify our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-informed digital media strategies that align with business and brand objectives
- Lead the architecture of cross-market campaigns, including tracking frameworks and trafficking standards (CM360 or equivalent)
- Oversee activation across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and TTD, managing the overarching programmatic strategy
- Facilitate first-party data activation through DMP/CDP integrations for targeted programmatic marketing
- Plan and execute comprehensive cross-platform video strategies (YouTube, CTV/OTT, OLV, Programmatic Video)
- Implement brand safety, viewability, and fraud protection measures
- Develop robust top-funnel reach tactics and mid-funnel audience segmentation (e.g., video viewers, site visitors, first-party data)
- Ensure a cohesive omnichannel digital presence that is in sync with offline media strategies and maintains a consistent brand voice
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
