As a Digital Native Hunter Account Executive at Databricks, your primary objective will be to acquire and nurture a portfolio of dynamic digital native clients in the Greater China region. You possess a deep understanding of how to effectively sell innovation and drive transformative change, enabling you to accelerate deal progress and reduce decision-making cycles. Your passion for comprehending our product intricately equips you to convey its value persuasively to both customers and partners. With a relentless pursuit of new opportunities, you will not only close new accounts but also expand our business within existing ones. You will report directly to the Director of Sales for Greater China.
The impact you will have:
- Identify and prospect for new customer opportunities.
- Evaluate existing customer accounts and develop strategies to engage all decision-making centers.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach to selling, providing significant value to customers.
- Recognize the most promising use cases within each account to maximize Databricks' impact.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance the value of the Databricks ecosystem within your territory.
- Establish value in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.
- Be an advocate for the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus by delivering technical and business outcomes utilizing the Databricks Platform.
