Engagement Purpose
Join our dynamic team as a Digital Project Manager, collaborating with Digital Product Managers across a variety of digital solutions. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute complex digital initiatives, acting as a delivery integrator. Your primary focus will be to convert product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans that meet the criteria of being within scope, on time, on budget, to the required quality, and in compliance with Solenis governance.
This position is dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery of projects rather than managing product strategy or personnel.

- Successful delivery of digital initiatives according to agreed-upon scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, risks, and financials at all times.
- Minimize launch issues through proactive risk management.
- Enhance Product Managers' experience by reducing delivery friction and increasing execution reliability.
- Build trust with stakeholders through reliable delivery reporting and decision-making inputs.
Scope of Services
1. Digital Delivery Partnership (Core)
- Collaborate with multiple Digital Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into effective delivery plans.
- Align delivery efforts across technology, data, UX, IT architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
- Manage cross-solution dependencies, sequencing, and release coordination.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned digital initiatives.
2. Project & Initiative Execution
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery of various concurrent digital initiatives.
- Track and report on milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across solutions.
- Facilitate the resolution of delivery challenges through structured escalation and data-driven options.
- Maintain a consistent delivery cadence, governance checkpoints, and operational readiness for releases.
- Where applicable, translate delivery into R&D Stage-Gate milestones and deliverables.
3. Financial & Commercial Stewardship
- Monitor delivery expenses against approved CAPEX budgets.
- Support source-to-pay activities encompassing SOW scope alignment, change control, vendor onboarding, PO creation, invoice validation, and Goods Receipt.
- Deliver clear and defensible delivery cost and forecast reports to Product and Digital Operations leadership.
4. Vendor Coordination
- Manage external vendors and system integrators in accordance with agreed SOWs.
- Ensure vendor deliverables are aligned with product priorities, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Identify scope creep, delivery risks, or commercial misalignment early.
