Join NBCUniversal as a Digital Sales Planner where you will play a pivotal role in crafting digital media strategies and supporting our Sales team in maintaining robust agency and client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Your efforts will be crucial in helping us achieve our revenue targets. As part of our dynamic Digital Ad Sales team, your ability to foster account relationships and ensure client satisfaction will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Account Managers to identify agency and client objectives and develop innovative solutions.
- Engage with various internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Planning Management) to construct client RFPs during the pre-sale phase.
- Design comprehensive media plans that address client needs while maximizing revenue for NBCUniversal.
- Work alongside Planning Managers to align company-wide goals and enhance operational sales processes.
- Manage client relationships effectively, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with Ad Operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Leverage data analytics and client feedback to configure and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Communicate with internal teams across Planning, Inventory, Digital Billing Specialists, and Ad Operations to monitor campaign performance and assist in resolving any issues with the sales team or clients.
- Oversee the coordination of post-campaign research studies when applicable.
- Partner with Account Directors in developing renewal strategies based on client insights.
