Join our dynamic Digital Delivery team at Euromonitor International, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and project services to both external clients and our internal sales teams. Your focus will be on our digital products and sales initiatives, ensuring that support is delivered in a quality and timely manner through:
- Efficiently managing and responding to tickets in accordance with our established protocols
- Overseeing daily projects with minimal supervision
- Executing various special projects as assigned
Your responsibilities will include resolving support tickets while also contributing to projects that enhance our digital support efficiency, sales effectiveness, and overall client service. You will engage in activities and systems that facilitate technology-driven customer, administrative, and sales support functions. It is crucial to meet team service level agreements and objectives while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
You will report directly to the Americas Digital Delivery Team Lead based in Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement technology-driven improvements that bolster client and internal sales operations
- Process and oversee tickets within our service desk system
- Maintain accountability for ticket/project management, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Thoroughly triage and document ticket-related work, escalating as necessary
- Organize, track, and document project activities
- Collaborate globally with a diverse range of client and internal stakeholders to drive results
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures regarding sales and client requests
- Identify and recommend process improvements wherever feasible
Digital Product Service:
- Set up and manage client product services and subscriptions
- Provide technical product support to both clients and sales users
Digital Sales Support:
- Deliver support and digital product services related to sales activities for both prospective and existing clients
- Utilize various systems to retrieve, investigate, and rectify pertinent information
- Participate in administrative projects that support sales initiatives
- Assist with technology adoption as needed
