Your Responsibilities:
Digital Consulting and Opportunity Development:
- Collaborate with Account Directors to identify and qualify opportunities within the customer portfolio.
- Lead client discovery sessions to unveil business challenges and digital aspirations.
- Craft and present persuasive pitches that align customer needs with Squiz DXP capabilities.
- Formulate proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations that facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Advance deal progression by addressing concerns, fostering consensus, and showcasing value.
Strategic Engagements and Customer Workshops:
- Design and conduct strategic workshops with stakeholders at both operational and executive levels, assessing customer maturity and pinpointing enhancement opportunities.
- Deliver actionable roadmaps and tailored recommendations that align business strategy, user experience, and technological capabilities.
- Conduct streamlined, impactful assessments that guide both sales strategy and customer success planning.
- Develop DXP adoption strategies that enhance platform utilization and promote long-term retention.
Customer Advisory:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital experience best practices, web strategies, and DXP functionalities.
- Consult with clients on personalization, content strategies, portal design, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Establish trusted relationships that position Squiz as a strategic partner rather than merely a vendor.
