Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop messaging strategies that align closely with in-game progression, event cycles, and other strategic objectives.Oversee the implementation of user communications from planning and copywriting to creative production and distribution.Enhance campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and insights from user surveys.Foster collaboration with Product, Live Operations, Product Marketing, Data Science, Community, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with in-game developments.Partner with Engineering teams to conceptualize, test, and launch new in-game features that enhance customer experiences through Direct Marketing channels.Champion a culture of learning, collaboration, player-centricity, and excellence within the team.Work in-office three days a week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years in a hands-on lifecycle or growth marketing role, with expertise in email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS channels; experience in tech, gaming, or mobile apps is preferred.Demonstrated success in planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across various communication channels, including A/B testing.Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to configure attributes and triggered events based on user lifecycle management.Strong HTML skills and debugging capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment and effectively manage stress while solving problems and adapting to changing circumstances.Experience in cross-functional team environments with excellent communication skills.
