Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Communication
Craft and test messaging that transforms agents into passionate Roam advocates
Identify effective messaging strategies tailored to specific agents, regions, and mediums
Agent Recruitment & Collaborations
Establish a comprehensive strategy to recruit, engage, and retain top-tier listing agents
Represent Roam at brokerage events, team meetings, and industry conferences
